Our comfort box program aims to ensure that families facing serious medical challenges with their child with Down syndrome know that they are seen, they are loved, and they are valued during a time when they often feel overlooked and forgotten.

Apart from that, we hope that the box is a practical distraction for the child, adding some joy and excitement in the midst of a really challenging time.

Each comfort box is built around the child's favorite things and includes a blanket, shirt, children's book, toys, and more.

Children who qualify for this program must have Down syndrome and a significant medical condition that has required hospitalization within the past or upcoming 3 months.
